If submitted outside our business hours (weekdays 9:30am – 5:30pm UK):
In most cases, we should be able to resolve your emergency issue within a few hours if it’s something the hosting team can help with (server down, SSL issue), or the first 1-2 hours of the next business day if it requires more advanced on-site help from a developer. You may not receive a response from us until our internal developers are back in office.
You can therefore expect an emergency issue to be fixed within at-least 6 – 12 hours, in most cases, but usually much sooner, especially within business hours. Rest assured, even if we don’t reply quickly, your issue is likely being looked into by someone.
