Extra One-Off Task
Date submitted: July 28, 2022, 2:13 pm
I've had an email from tsohost to update my nameservers. I've had a lot on with work and stupidly lost track of the deadline - it's tomorrow (29th July) and I have no idea how to sort this as I don't understand what needs doing. I'll need to forward you the email. My domain is with gandi and it looks like I need to get them to provide a nameserver and point this to tsohost IP address. Help! Thank you, Kate.

Extra One-Off Task

My SSL certificate ran out in May this year. I've bought a new one, validated it, and its status on TSOHost is given as "certificate issued" for the above website. However I can't get Wordpress to see the certificate. There is an error message against the plugin "cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate" but the explanation behind this just tells me to contact the hosting service. Can you resolve this so that the website works as https again, plus also let me know whether I can get certificate to auto-renew each year without the link breaking again? Thanks.

Install SSL certificate. Site is hosted by TSOHost, certificate was bought on May 11th but having trouble installing it. It cannot be added via hosting control panel, some mods to website coding will be required. I've installed the Really Simple SSL plugin but wasn't confident enough to activate it - I'm aware that the website is several years old and don't want to accidentally wreck it! There are probably better ways of installing SSL certificate too for those more in the know.
About This Tool, and Why?
This is our custom built tool, which offers a secure way to share login details to things like your hosting, FTP, database, domain etc, and is the only way you should share any logins with us.
Sending your passwords via plain text email is not secure and should be avoided.
How it Works
Submitting login details via our “share access” form will encrypt your password, which is stored temporarily on our servers. A one-time unique link is created and emailed to us, which when clicked, is only accessible by us (our administrator accounts), and requires both the exact link, and secret key, to decrypt.
Once we have viewed this link, your encrypted password, and username, is deleted and no longer stored on our servers. We will instead then store your data via LastPass for fully encrypted and secure storage, enabling us to login to your accounts safely.

*When "deleted", the one-time access link to your encrypted password (only accessable by us at RelyWP), and encrypted passwords are deleted, and your login details are instead stored on our secure encrypted LastPass acccount. If you would like us to delete any of your logins from LastPass, please get in touch.
If this is included in your plan, then it is currently being setup. Please check back soon.
