Extra One-Off Task
Date submitted: October 8, 2022, 6:02 pm
Hi Eliot, I'm again suffering from php memory problems on my site. You fixed this for me a few months ago. I get the following error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 61440 bytes) in /var/sites/p/postfade.co.uk/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2135 it currently occurs when I try and edit this draft post: Early RUPERT NEVE Consoles and their stories | PART SIX: 1970 | ’16-track comes to Town’ so I have copied it via the 'preview' function and rebuilt it with a slight name change....hence two draft posts with similar names. Do please have a poke around. I'll try and remember how I open the access for you, but you might have to prompt me. Many thanks David Taylor

I am running a Wordpress site using a theme from HeadTheme (Pro). I write long posts, with many photos and color blocks. I continually suffer from php memory errors, although my php memory is set to '1024M' in the php.ini. I get 'the white screen of death' when attempting to edit, but can preview OK. My servers are at TsoHost, who don't seem to be able to help further, and HeadThemes never respond to any support requests! I do like their theme though. Thanks David Taylor

About This Tool, and Why?
This is our custom built tool, which offers a secure way to share login details to things like your hosting, FTP, database, domain etc, and is the only way you should share any logins with us.
Sending your passwords via plain text email is not secure and should be avoided.
How it Works
Submitting login details via our “share access” form will encrypt your password, which is stored temporarily on our servers. A one-time unique link is created and emailed to us, which when clicked, is only accessible by us (our administrator accounts), and requires both the exact link, and secret key, to decrypt.
Once we have viewed this link, your encrypted password, and username, is deleted and no longer stored on our servers. We will instead then store your data via LastPass for fully encrypted and secure storage, enabling us to login to your accounts safely.

*When "deleted", the one-time access link to your encrypted password (only accessable by us at RelyWP), and encrypted passwords are deleted, and your login details are instead stored on our secure encrypted LastPass acccount. If you would like us to delete any of your logins from LastPass, please get in touch.
If this is included in your plan, then it is currently being setup. Please check back soon.
